In the first 4 months of 2025, the total state budget revenue in Van Yen district is estimated at 114.9 billion VND, equal to 35.9% of the estimate assigned by the province.

In 2025, Van Yen district was assigned by the province to collect a total state budget revenue of 320 billion VND and the district strives to collect 450 billion VND. To achieve this goal, from the beginning of the year, Van Yen district has directed specialized departments and offices to do a good job of consulting, developing detailed plans and scenarios for revenue sources in the area for each month and each quarter to ensure progress and set plans.
Van Yen district has focused on implementing land fund development projects in 2025 according to the detailed scenario that has been developed. In April, the district successfully auctioned 29/79 land plots of the residential area project in Dai An village, An Thinh commune and 3/5 land plots of the new residential area project west of Mau A bridge in Dai An village, An Thinh commune with a winning price of 36.76 billion VND, including the following projects: Urban renovation project of residential group No. 3, Mau A town; New rural residential area construction project of Dong Tam village, An Thinh commune.
Project to invest in building the central market and people's market in Mau A town; Project to build a new rural residential area in Ngoi Vien village; Project to build a new rural residential area in Lang Moi village, Dai Son commune; Project to build a residential area in Lang Trang village, Phong Du Thuong commune; Project to renovate urban areas at the land fund of residential group No. 6, Mau A town; Project to build a new urban area in residential group No. 10, Mau A town, Van Yen district, Yen Bai province... Thereby, contributing to increasing the budget revenue in the area.
Accordingly, by the end of April 2025, the total state budget revenue in the district is estimated at 114.9 billion VND. Of which, the balance revenue is 44 billion VND; land use fee revenue is 70.9 billion VND, equal to 35.9% of the estimate assigned by the province and 25.9% of the plan assigned by the district, equal to 128.1% compared to the same period in 2024.
Regarding the commune budget collection, up to now, some communes have achieved high results compared to the plan such as: Ngoi A commune achieved 116.2%; Lang Thip commune achieved 81.4%; Yen Hop commune achieved 79.2%. However, there are still some localities with low budget collection such as: Na Hau commune achieved 2%; Mo Vang commune achieved 12.3%; Vien Son commune achieved 12.9%...
In the second quarter of 2025, Van Yen district will continue to resolutely and synchronously implement tasks and solutions for budget collection according to the established scenario, paying special attention to balancing revenue in the area and urging the collection of tax arrears. Urgently complete the organization of auctions for land fund development projects according to the proposed scenario. Well implement the work of granting land use right certificates and changing land use purposes for people, contributing to increasing revenue from land use right auctions and land use purpose changes, striving to complete the budget collection target for 2025.
