SJC Gold reopens a series of stores in Da Nang, customers are 'shocked' by the new notice

Three stores of Saigon Jewelry Company - SJC in Da Nang , including the store at 185 Nguyen Van Linh, 193 Hung Vuong and 8 Bach Dang (Hai Chau district, Da Nang city), opened this morning (October 14), after many days of closure for unknown reasons, causing confusion among customers and difficulties in transactions.

According to the reporter's observations at SJC gold shops, the number of customers is quite sparse. Most people come to ask for information about buying and selling gold bars and to consult prices.

At the store on Hung Vuong Street, Ms. Thuong (Thanh Khe District) shared: "For the past few days, I have been waiting for the store to open. I heard that buying is difficult, selling is even more difficult, so I had to come directly to ask." However, because the price list at the store was broken and not displayed on the TV screen, this customer decided to consult prices elsewhere.

Explaining the reason for the closure, an employee of the SJC store on Nguyen Van Linh Street said: The store has been closed for the past ten days to take inventory of assets. The store is closed for business but the employees still go to work as usual. As for the reason that no one answers the phone, this employee explained that it could be due to a problem with the connection.

Meanwhile, at the store on Hung Vuong Street, the staff said that in addition to the above reasons, the store was damaged and leaking, leading to an electrical short circuit and loss of life that needed to be repaired.

Also this morning, SJC stores in Da Nang simultaneously posted notices that from October 14, they will start accepting online registrations to buy gold bars. Customers who want to buy gold bars cannot buy directly but must register online. After successful registration, there will be an appointment to pay, the store will deliver the gold to the customer within 7 days.

In addition, due to the scarcity of goods, gold rings at the store are also limited, depending on the available quantity, customers can only buy 2-3 taels or 5 taels/ring. According to the explanation, the limitation is to give more people the opportunity to buy gold.
