That is the name of the Smart Civil Mobilization Model coordinated by the Military Command of Da Teh district, the Veterans Association, the Medical Center and the District Cultural, Information and Sports Center to eat, live and work with the people.
Armed forces and officers of the units have performed many meaningful tasks for the people.
Based on the local reality, the model "Returning to the village - 3 with the people" was built and implemented in early 2023. Thereby, the model took place over 2 consecutive days and was implemented once a quarter/time/village. Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Trong Que - Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Command of Da Teh district shared: "Returning to the village - 3 with the people" is a familiar name that the units jointly named with the meaning of returning to blend in with the local people. It is not by chance that the units jointly named this because "3 with the people" means eating with the people, living with the people and working with the people".
At 7:00 a.m., at Da Nhar village (Quoc Oai commune), nearly 200 cadres, civil servants, and officials of the commune and cadres, civil servants, officials, members, and officers and soldiers of the district's armed forces were present to prepare for two days of being close to the people.
Throughout the model, the force participating in mass mobilization coordinated to implement many contents and activities such as propagating the Party's guidelines, policies, and the State's laws; providing free medical examinations, medicine, and haircuts; planting trees, flowers, and cleaning up along the roads; helping policy households and poor households repair their houses, clear weeds, and do gardening and farming. Late at night, by the flickering fire, they shared their confidences and expressed the love and trust of the people for their homeland and country.
As a household selected by the units to help, implementing the model of growing pennywort, on a radiant face with eyes full of love and joy, Mr. K'Cừu shared: "After two days of receiving help from the officers, soldiers and local authorities, we are really excited and reassured. Perhaps not only me, but everyone here is like me, very happy and touched to receive the care and sharing from the officers when they came here to eat, live and work with the people".
Joining the soldiers, officers and local authorities, Ms. Ka Du - Head of Da Nhar village happily said: “Da Nhar village currently has 336 households and 1,275 people. The people here are mainly Ma ethnic people. Over the years, the local government has always created all conditions to encourage and support the people here to develop the economy and have a prosperous and stable life. Most recently, the units coordinated to organize a skillful mass mobilization campaign and created an unforgettable impression on the local people. Thereby, the force completed weeding, planting flowers on 3 km of inter-village roads, digging holes to grow vegetables, examining and providing medicine for 50 people and performing an art performance at the village hall... The people don't say it out loud, but I know that everyone who participated is very grateful!”.
According to the assessment of the units that jointly implemented the project, although it has only been implemented in two villages, the above model has truly spread the spirit, responsibility and affection of the armed forces, departments, branches, organizations and local authorities for the ethnic minority people in the district.
Not only stopping at Da Nhar village (Quoc Oai commune) or Ton K'Long (Da Pal commune), the model will continue to take place in villages and hamlets in Da Teh district. The Deputy Political Commissar of the Da Teh District Military Command emphasized: This is a meaningful activity expressing the deep affection of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces of agencies and units in the district for the people with the aim of strengthening the military-civilian relationship and the close relationship between the people and the Party in the spirit of "respecting the people, being close to the people, understanding the people, learning from the people, relying on the people, being responsible to the people". Thereby, taking care of the material and spiritual life of the people to contribute to building the locality increasingly prosperous, ensuring political security, social order and safety at the grassroots level, joining hands to build new rural areas. Currently, in Da Teh district, ethnic minorities from the Central Highlands including Ma and K'Ho mainly live in Da Nhar village (Quoc Oai commune), Con O (My Duc commune), To Lan (An Nhon commune), Ton K'Long (Da Pal commune) and interspersed in some residential groups of Da Teh town; ethnic minorities from the North who settled down from 1990-1992 including Tay, Nung, Muong, Dao, Thai... live scattered in communes and towns, concentrated in An Nhon commune and Da Teh town.
In recent years, although Da Teh district has changed a lot, life has been increasingly developed, but the economy of some ethnic minority people still faces many difficulties. With the help and sharing, in recent years, villages and hamlets have received attention from local authorities and benefactors inside and outside the province with the desire to work with the people to carry out many meaningful tasks to contribute to building Da Teh homeland to be more and more prosperous and civilized.
