Advising the Provincial People's Committee on implementing the Project on Building a Shared Geospatial Database System of Lam Dong Province: The Department of Science and Technology presides over and coordinates with relevant departments and branches to advise on implementation according to the project's roadmap.

Complete digitizing land data for 6/10 unfinished districts and cities; clean, connect, and share with the National Population Database, serving to reduce administrative procedures in the spirit that localities that have completed will immediately put them into use. Develop a plan to apply digitized data such as household registration, land, health, insurance, education, etc. to reduce administrative procedures and serve the legitimate needs of people and businesses in the province.

Complete the issuance of organizational identification accounts to 100% of eligible agencies, enterprises, and cooperatives, ensuring that from July 1, 2025, enterprises can carry out administrative procedures online using organizational electronic identification accounts.

Lam Dong Radio and Television Station and Lam Dong Newspaper continue to increase the duration and number of propaganda news/articles, guide businesses and cooperatives to integrate information, documents and register organization identification accounts directly on the VNeID application, and promote implementation in June 2025.

People's Committees of localities shall strengthen the dissemination and popularization of regulations on registration, issuance, management and use of electronic identification accounts for organizations, especially the use of organizational identification accounts to log in to resolve administrative procedures from July 1, 2025; guide enterprises and cooperatives to integrate information, documents and register organizational identification accounts directly on the VNeID application, and implement regularly, focusing on June 2025.
