Violating food safety regulations, Fancy Vietnam Industrial Company Limited was fined 25 million VND

The Chief Inspector of the Department of Health has just issued Decision No. 26/QD-XPHC to impose an administrative penalty on Fancy Vietnam Industrial Company Limited, head office address: Road E1, Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Lac Dao Commune (Van Lam), legal representative is Mr. SHU XIANG, General Director, for violating the provisions of the law on food safety.

Previously, on May 7, 2025, the Food Safety and Hygiene Department inspected the food safety work at the collective kitchen of Fancy Vietnam Industrial Company Limited and discovered that the ceiling and walls of the food processing area and food storage warehouse were peeling and moldy. The Food Safety and Hygiene Department drew up a record of administrative violations and transferred it to the Chief Inspector of the Department of Health to issue a decision on administrative sanctions.

The above behavior violated Point b, Clause 5, Article 9 of Decree No. 115/2018/ND-CP dated September 4, 2018 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations of food safety, and was subject to an administrative fine of VND 25 million.
