Singer - actress Amy Anh Le participated in the "palace fighting" film project Phuong Khau.
Amy Le Anh started out as a lounge singer, specializing in pre-war and lyrical music. She is the niece of famous singer Giao Linh (singer Amy Anh Le's mother calls singer Giao Linh her aunt).
Besides her role as a singer, she is also loved for participating in a number of film projects such as: "Phuong Khau", "Hung Dung Banh Beo", "Duong The Bao La Sau", "Chuyen Ke Cua Nguoi Chet"...
Although still in demand, Amy Anh Le decided to stop performing. She said she is a practical person, whether in entertainment or in the arts and culture, it is necessary to have money . She no longer stands on stage and switches to organizing arts and culture programs.
"As an artist, I love Vietnamese culture but I also love making money. Artists today are confused between doing culture and making money. If they do culture, they will focus on culture and not worry about making money. As for artists who go on shows, it is definitely for money, they do everything for money. I am balancing both by creating a cultural playground" - Amy Anh Le expressed her opinion.
Despite being in high demand, Amy Anh Le still decided to stop singing and acting.
From now until the end of 2023, the female singer plans to organize many major events. In particular, the Vietnam - Europe Cultural Journey program will take place in August, the Asia program in Korea will take place in October. Besides the outstanding events, Amy Le Anh will organize the "CIECA Star" competition to discover and nurture young artistic talents.
Amy Le Anh said that thanks to performing in many places, she has had the opportunity to approach many cultures. That is a great advantage when she organizes commercial and cultural activities connecting Vietnam and the world.
She also confided that artists are very sensitive people, often mixed with joy and sadness. She used to be like that too, but later she was able to control herself and see life differently. Besides, she also has a business mind, so she lives more realistically.
"I still love my job very much. Otherwise, I wouldn't organize art programs. The only difference is that I love my job from a different perspective, which is both economic and cultural," she said.
She turned down all performance invitations due to being busy with business trips.
The niece of famous singer Giao Linh said she refused all invitations to perform because she was busy with business trips, and would feel guilty towards the audience if she could not be meticulous in every aspect from singing to costumes, makeup... "Show organizers often want to invite hot singers and star artists to sing in their shows to sell tickets, but then what stage is there for young talents? Therefore, I have to take the lead in creating a clean artistic environment" - she added.
