Ms. Vo Thi Xuyen, director of Latimum Gold Company Limited (Zone 2, Binh Thach Hamlet, Tan Binh Commune, Vinh Cuu District, Dong Nai) has sent a document requesting the Dong Nai Department of Health to revoke the validity of the product declaration registration certificate for 17 milk products announced by the company.

Therefore, the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Health has just issued a decision to revoke the validity of the certificate of registration of nutritional formula product declaration for 17 milk products of this company.

All 17 recalled products are nutritional formulas for children aged 0 to 17 years old, bearing the brands Latiplus, Latimum Gold and Latidry Gold.

The reason for returning the product declaration receipts for the above products, the representative of Latimum Gold Company Limited explained that "due to ineffective business situation", the company requested to revoke the validity of the product declaration registration receipts for 17 milk products and committed not to trade the above products.

In addition to announcing that it will not sell 17 milk products, Latimum Gold Company Limited also sent a document to the Department of Health requesting to cancel the self-declaration of 6 food supplement products announced in February 2022.

Specifically, the following food supplements: Latiplus sure muscle - bone - joint, Latiplus gain weight, Latiplus calcium pro, Latiplus diacerna, Latiplus mama pro, Latiplus colostrum.

The company also commits not to trade in the products that the company self-declares above.
