Approval of the 2025 National Concentrated Promotion Program

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued a Decision on organizing the "National Concentrated Promotion Program 2025 - Vietnam Grand Sale 2025".

Accordingly, this year's program will take place from June 14 to July 14, and the participants are all traders as prescribed by law. The maximum value of goods and services used for promotion and the maximum discount for goods and services on promotion are 100%.

With the simultaneous nationwide promotion activities combining traditional and e-commerce activities, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said the program's goal is to create a spread and attract the participation of production and business enterprises in all fields.

Through the program, businesses will proactively carry out many promotional activities with diverse and attractive content so that consumers can purchase quality products and services at reasonable prices.

Promotions combined with the organization of fairs, exhibitions, displays, product introductions and traditional festivals in the locality also help promote products, regional culture of Vietnam and attract tourism .

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, many relevant departments and agencies are participating in this program to create a strong ripple effect.

Specifically, the Trade Promotion Agency will preside over and coordinate with relevant units to implement the program; carry out launching and communication activities for the program.

The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development will direct the Market Management Sub-Departments of provinces and centrally-run cities to monitor promotional programs; promote communication activities for the programs; promote online promotional activities through e-commerce platforms...

The Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy coordinates with businesses and e-commerce platforms to improve the effectiveness of promotional programs on online platforms, attracting consumers to shop in national concentrated promotional programs...

In addition, relevant associations and industries coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade to inform and encourage members and businesses to participate in the program.

The Department of Industry and Trade of provinces and centrally run cities shall proactively develop plans to implement the program locally; proactively inform and guide traders to participate in activities.

Coordinate with relevant authorities to inspect and handle acts of trading in smuggled goods; manufacturing and trading in counterfeit goods, banned goods, goods of unknown origin, acts of infringing intellectual property rights... to handle them according to regulations during the period.
