In addition, the Standing Committees of the two sides also agreed to issue a decision to establish a specialized support unit to carry out the tasks of reviewing, arranging, cataloguing, managing case files and documents; incidents; assets, finances; collecting and handing over seals... to serve the consolidation work, and at the same time discuss the arrangement of official residences and means of transport for civil servants from An Giang province to Kien Giang province to work. At the same time, the Conference also discussed to remove difficulties and obstacles arising and proposed and recommended to the Party Committee and the Supreme People's Procuracy appropriate solutions to ensure the consolidation process takes place smoothly, effectively, stably, without interruption, and to improve the organization and psychology of the civil servants and employees of the People's Procuracy of the two provinces.
