Vietnam and Portugal strengthen relations through party channels.

On August 14th, in Hanoi , Central Committee Secretary and Head of the Central Committee's Foreign Affairs Department Le Hoai Trung chaired talks with a delegation from the Communist Party of Portugal, led by General Secretary Paulo Raimundo, who were visiting and working in Vietnam at the invitation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
