Phuc Trach commune has just completed the review of poor households, near-poor households, households engaged in agriculture and forestry with average living standards, and low-income workers in the area for the year 2025. The review was organized systematically and according to the correct procedures based on the multidimensional poverty standard for the period 2022–2025.

According to the review results, Phuc Trach commune currently has 52 poor households, accounting for 1.16% of the total 4,468 households in the commune. In addition, the commune has 117 near-poor households, accounting for 2.62%.
This result clearly reflects the positive changes in poverty reduction efforts, as well as the effectiveness of the synchronized implementation of social security policies in the area. In particular, in 2025, the number of households escaping poverty (26 households) was significantly higher than the number of newly impoverished households (10 households), demonstrating the effectiveness of support policies and the efforts of the people themselves to improve their lives. In the near-poor group, the number of households escaping near-poverty also showed positive progress.

The results of this review not only confirm the positive progress in poverty reduction efforts, but also serve as an important basis for Phuc Trach commune to correctly identify target groups, focus resources on providing practical support, prevent re-poverty, and gradually improve the quality of life for its people, aiming for sustainable and comprehensive poverty reduction in the next phase.
