Over the past three decades, Vietnam has affirmed itself as a proactive, responsible and constructive member, making an important contribution to deepening economic integration, nurturing peace, stability and promoting a rules-based regional order.
Vietnam has consistently supported ASEAN’s centrality and ensured an open and inclusive common voice.
