Emphasizing the importance of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Commerce of China on enhancing cooperation to ensure the supply chain of goods between Vietnam and China, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien said that the two sides need to develop an action plan to implement the memorandum, build a logistics network connecting the supply chain between the two countries from raw material areas, industrial parks, factories of the two countries to ports/border gates and distribution centers in localities of the two countries, including establishing distribution centers, logistics, and gathering goods of the two countries in production and consumption localities of the two countries.

Minister Vuong Van Dao expressed his strong support for the proposals of Minister Nguyen Hong Dien, especially the issues of facilitating border clearance, expanding the scale of bilateral trade, and enhancing economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and Chinese localities.
