Vietnam Post trains "Application of AI in work": Equipping digital skills for the staff of the General Corporation's agencies

Overview of the training class "Application of AI in work" at the Corporation's Office Block

The program aims to help students become proficient in applying popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Gamma, Mapify, Suno, NotebookLM..., thereby optimizing work processing time, improving productivity, professionalism and creativity in each work position.

During the learning process, students are guided through many practical topics such as: effective command formulation methods; 5W1H language thinking; AI application in report editing, planning and content presentation; checking, feedback and information security when using AI; "6 thinking hats" method in solving professional problems.

Lecturers from the technology and communications fields brought updated knowledge, helping students better identify the role of artificial intelligence in management and operations, as well as how to exploit AI tools to serve their work effectively, safely and creatively.

Through practical exercises, group discussions and assessments, students not only “learn to know”, but also “learn to do”, confidently applying AI in report writing, planning, project analysis and content creation.

Comrade Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation, shares the orientation of applying artificial intelligence in improving work efficiency.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation, highly appreciated the practicality of the course, considering it a necessary and meaningful training program for officers and employees of the Agency sector during the period when Vietnam Post is accelerating digital transformation.

The Deputy General Director believes that applying artificial intelligence in work not only helps improve productivity, work efficiency and shorten task execution time, but also opens up new approaches in management thinking, analysis and creativity.

The Corporation's leaders also encourage students to actively participate, actively learn and practice seriously because AI is only effective when people know how to exploit it intelligently, so that after the course, each individual can confidently complete the work in a shorter time, with higher quality and consider it a "measure of the program's success".

In addition, comrade Pham Anh Tuan also proposed expanding the AI training program for leaders at all levels, in order to create uniformity in awareness and capacity to apply new technology to management and operations at the Corporation.

The course “Application of AI in work” is an important next step in the series of digital transformation training activities of Vietnam Post, aiming to build a flexible, creative, technology-savvy and adaptable workforce.
