This year's Asia Latte Art Battle (ALAB) competition not only attracts domestic contestants, but is also open to international barista contestants from Switzerland, Hong Kong, Korea... Coming to the competition, baristas will have the opportunity to show their talent and creativity through 2 rounds: Latte Art drawing competition and creative drink competition.

The Latte Art drawing round requires the skill and technique of the Latte Artist to turn ordinary cups of coffee into exquisite works of art, evoking magic and attraction. In making and shaping coffee, baristas will carefully choose fresh milk ingredients that are both fatty and fragrant to enhance the aroma of coffee, while keeping the milk foam long-lasting and smooth to create beautiful shapes. Therefore, in this round, the presence of the powerful assistant Vinamilk Green Farm Pasteurized Fresh Milk with unique dual vacuum technology to reduce 50% of free oxygen radicals, helping to lock in freshness and preserve the floral aroma in the milk will help the latte cup have a blend of milk and coffee, creating a creamy base when mixed.
The new feature of this year's competition is the creative drink round, because the barista's creativity does not stop at creating images on coffee, but is also shown in combining ingredients to create unique drinks. In this round, contestants will be drawn to choose any ingredient and then create a recipe based on that ingredient. The ingredients range from 9-nut milk with a light, fatty flavor from the combined nuts, to Southern Star Condensed Milk - the top choice of baristas - with a thick, sweet milk, mixed with coffee to help honor the flavor of coffee. In addition, there is Probi live yogurt drink containing probiotics that are good for digestion and resistance - many delicious flavors combined with soda and fruit to create cool, healthy drinks for the summer.
The judges judged the "works" created after the Exchange round with baristas at the program.
