With overwhelming victories in four important categories voted by the expert panel and visitors, VinFast has affirmed its prestige, position and strong appeal to experts, the car-loving community and Indonesian consumers.
The Organizing Committee of IIMS Surabaya 2025 gave VinFast the highest score in 4 categories: “Best Urban Electric Vehicle” with VF 3, “Most Impressive Rookie” with VF 6, “Most Inspiring Booth” and “Best Costume”.
IIMS is the largest and most prestigious exhibition system in Indonesia, attracting dozens of automobile, motorcycle and technology brands from around the world every year.
IIMS Surabaya is held in East Java, the second largest region in Indonesia after Jakarta, and always attracts a large number of visitors and enthusiasts. The IIMS Surabaya 2025 Expert Council includes leading journalists and experts from prestigious organizations.
In the category of “Best Urban Electric Vehicle”, VinFast VF 3 surpassed a series of competitors from China and Japan, and won with an overwhelming vote rate, gaining 89% of the 50,000 votes from visitors and the official voting system of the Organizing Committee.
The VF 3 has attracted strong interest since its official launch in Indonesia, becoming the most test-driven model at IIMS 2025 in February.
Thanks to its unique design, good equipment and affordable price, VF 3 has become an ideal urban car, powerfully inspiring creativity for owners who want to express their own personality and color.
The Organizing Committee also honored VF 6 - the latest model in VinFast's product line in Indonesia with the "Most Impressive Rookie" award. The expert panel highly appreciated the modern design, advanced technology features and exciting driving experience that VF 6 brings. The model is expected to quickly conquer Indonesian consumers and create a future of "Electric Transportation for All".
In addition to the two major product awards, VinFast was also awarded the “Most Inspiring Booth” award by the Organizing Committee and won the “Best Costume” title within the framework of the Miss IIMS Surabaya Auto Show 2025 contest.
VinFast's booth has the largest area at the exhibition with a modern design, bold with futuristic colors, strongly inspiring visitors about a green and civilized electric transportation future.
The professional council, the media and the large number of attendees were especially impressed with the image of the elegant Vietnamese ao dai, creating a unique cultural highlight, blending traditional and modern beauty, affirming the strong spirit of the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian people in the global green revolution.
