Petrolimex will adjust fuel prices effective from 3:00 PM on June 5, 2025.

Hanoi, June 5, 2025, Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex/Group - stock code: PLX) officially adjusted fuel prices, with the new prices as follows:

The new prices will be effective from 3:00 PM on June 5, 2025, until the next fuel price adjustment period by the Ministry of Industry and Trade – Ministry of Finance; and will be publicly announced on the website petrolimex.com.vn and at Petrolimex's member fuel companies.

The fuel prices announced by Petrolimex in this press release apply to Petrolimex's distribution system throughout Vietnam, including: (a) Petrolimex gas stations and small-scale fuel dispensing points of sale; (b) gas stations of dealers and general agents selling Petrolimex fuel; and (c) gas stations of retailers operating under franchise agreements from Petrolimex.

For areas far from ports, main depots, and petroleum production facilities as stipulated in Clause 27, Article 1, Decree 95/2021/ND-CP dated November 1, 2021 of the Government (referred to by Petrolimex as "Region 2"); the General Director of Petrolimex authorizes the Directors of Petrolimex's member petroleum companies to directly determine the actual selling price in their business areas, but this price must not exceed the Zone 2 price mentioned above.

This adjustment to gasoline and diesel prices is implemented in accordance with Resolution No. 60/2024/UBTVQH15 dated December 24, 2024, of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the environmental protection tax rate for gasoline, diesel, and lubricants, effective from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. It also stems from the actual fluctuations in refined petroleum product prices on the world market during the pricing cycle, and is consistent with the principles for determining selling prices in Government Decree No. 80/2023/ND-CP dated November 17, 2023 (Decree 80) amending and supplementing several articles of Government Decree No. 95/2021/ND-CP dated November 1, 2021, and Government Decree No. 83/2014/ND-CP dated September 3, 2014, on gasoline business. Oil; according to the implementing guidelines issued by the Joint Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance.

Decision No. 518/PLX-QD-TGĐ dated June 5, 2025, on gasoline and diesel fuel prices has been sent to all Petrolimex member units and reported to the Government Office, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Finance.

Petrolimex member units, upon issuing decisions on retail gasoline and diesel prices within their distribution systems, must submit the issued price decisions to the Provincial/City Department of Industry and Trade and the Group for reporting.

According to document No. 4069/BCT-TTTN dated June 5, 2025, from the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the management of petroleum business, the level of contributions to and expenditures from the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund (BOG) from 3:00 PM onwards is as follows:
