HNP - On the afternoon of December 12th, the People's Committee of Thuong Tin commune, in coordination with Vingroup Corporation, organized a conference to gather feedback from agencies, organizations, individuals, and the community on the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 for the Olympic Sports Urban Area - Zone B.

At the conference, the consulting unit responsible for preparing the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 for the Olympic Sports Urban Area - Zone B presented the detailed content of the project. Following this, agencies, units, individuals, and the local community provided feedback on the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/500 for the Olympic Sports Urban Area - Zone B.

The opinions focused on issues such as: the need to preserve and protect historical relics, cultural and religious sites, and existing residential areas during the construction and implementation of the Olympic Sports Urban Area project; addressing drainage issues in residential areas; connecting transportation infrastructure between the new urban area and existing villages and residential areas; and the impact on the ecological environment and job creation for residents after land acquisition for the project.

Speaking at the meeting to assign tasks to the units, the Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thuong Tin commune, Nguyen Van Tan, requested the consulting unit to incorporate the opinions of the delegates and the people of Thuong Tin commune to further refine the project, ensuring its practicality.

During the land acquisition and compensation process for project implementation, it is essential to ensure compliance with legal regulations and protect the rights of the people.
