Honoring 80 outstanding teachers in the program "Sharing with teachers" 2025

These are teachers working in 248 communes, wards, and special border zones; remote schools, schools in remote, border areas, and areas with difficult socio-economic conditions; officers and soldiers of the Border Guard participating in the work of eliminating illiteracy, teaching children and people in border areas and military areas.

On the afternoon of November 13, 2025, in Hanoi , the Ministry of Education and Training, the Vietnam Youth Union and Thien Long Group organized a meeting with outstanding teachers participating in the program "Sharing with teachers" in 2025.

The selected teachers have made many contributions to the education of local students; created remarkable changes in the quality and effectiveness of education; have a spirit of perseverance in overcoming difficulties, are dedicated to the cause of education, and are loved by the government, unit leaders, students, parents, and the community.

At the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Education and Training listened to the opinions, wishes and suggestions of teachers from all over the country, especially in remote areas. On this occasion, 80 teachers received certificates of merit from the Ministry of Education and Training.

Teachers and young educators exchanged and shared difficulties in the teaching process; the motivations that help teachers to be dedicated and devoted to their profession; and their wishes and aspirations regarding policies for teachers in remote, isolated and disadvantaged areas.

Besides, the teachers also expressed their experiences in professional work, teaching, supporting students in life and study and their desire to do something for their students, so that they can study with peace of mind, have a happy educational environment, and have a better life and future.

After listening to the teachers' sharing, Prof. Dr. Le Quan, Deputy Minister of Education and Training, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and dedication of the teachers in the program. The Deputy Minister of Education and Training said he was very impressed with the program "Sharing with teachers".

According to him, this is a program of great significance for the staff and teachers in all areas. "The task of education in remote areas and specialized schools is still full of challenges, shortages and shortcomings, so it is more than ever necessary for pioneering teachers to take the lead in taking on that task," said Deputy Minister Le Quan.

Deputy Minister Le Quan added that the Ministry of Education and Training is currently implementing the direction of General Secretary To Lam and the Government on developing a boarding school system in border areas. According to actual needs, the Ministry will review and gradually expand the school network to meet practical requirements. The Ministry is also urgently completing a system of guiding documents to ensure progress and quality of implementation.

Along with investment in facilities, issues related to teaching staff, operating costs and boarding and semi-boarding policies for students in disadvantaged areas are also being studied synchronously.

In the long term, the boarding school system in border areas will play an important role in implementing the new general education program, developing quality human resources, providing career orientation, discovering and nurturing talents, and creating a source of cadres for the locality.

At the program, Deputy Minister Le Quan awarded Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training to 80 teachers participating in the program "Sharing with teachers" in 2025.

"Sharing with teachers" is an annual program jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, the Ministry of Education and Training and Thien Long Group since 2015. After 11 years of implementation, the program has honored nearly 700 outstanding teachers across the country - those who do not mind hardships to bring knowledge to remote, border and island areas.

Sharing with Teachers in 2025 will honor and recognize 201 teachers from 248 border communes, after the merger of the two-level government. Of which, 80 outstanding teachers will go to Hanoi to attend the Honoring Ceremony. The program also strongly spreads the spirit of socialization, attracting the cooperation of the business community, social organizations and individuals across the country, spreading the spirit of "Millions of Vietnamese hearts write words of gratitude".
