Vinhomes is about to build a resort urban area worth more than 17,000 billion VND in Tuyen Quang

The Department of Planning and Investment of Tuyen Quang province has just announced the results of opening registration dossiers for the My Lam - Tuyen Quang Resort Urban Area project. Accordingly, the only registered investor is Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.

My Lam - Tuyen Quang Urban Resort Project has an area of over 540 hectares (of which the purpose of forest use must be changed according to the provisions of the forestry law for 155,633 hectares of production forest which is planted forest to implement the project); with a population of about 19,735 people; located in My Lam ward, Tuyen Quang city and My Bang commune, Yen Son district, Tuyen Quang province.

The construction project is aimed at being an ecological urban area combining resort and model services, diverse, oriented towards modern and synchronous development, exploiting natural green landscape elements; creating a breakthrough in socio-economic development and driving force for the development of Tuyen Quang city and neighboring areas; synchronously and sustainably connecting the technical infrastructure system, social infrastructure in accordance with planning projects and projects that have been and are being implemented in the area, connecting landscape architecture space to create harmony and architectural characteristics in the area.

Of which, the area of natural green landscape is about 202.42 ha, the area of natural water surface is about 34.28 ha.

The residential land of My Lam Urban Area is 211 hectares, accounting for 39.06% of the project area; urban green land is more than 15.23 hectares; urban public works - commercial services land is about 4.24 hectares, construction density is 40%, maximum height is 5 floors.

The total investment of the project is estimated at about 18,345 billion VND, including 17,113 billion VND in implementation costs and 1,232 billion VND in compensation and resettlement support costs. The project implementation period is within 50 years, with a progress of 4 years from the date of the decision approving the investment policy.

Information about the only investor submitting the registration documents, Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company was established in 2007, headquartered in Vinhomes Riverside Ecological Urban Area, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi City.

Thai Son Construction is a subsidiary of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (HoSE: VHM) with voting and interest rates at 100% and 99.81% respectively .
