Investment capital implemented from the budget reached more than 640 trillion VND, an increase of nearly 28%.

In the first 10 months of 2025, the total investment capital from the state budget is estimated at VND 640.2 trillion, equal to 63.1% of the annual plan and an increase of 27.8% over the same period last year.

According to the General Statistics Office, investment capital realized from the state budget in October is estimated at 91 trillion VND, up 29.1% over the same period last year.

Investment capital from the state budget in October 2015 was focused on and accelerated by ministries, branches and localities, reaching the highest scale ever, with the highest growth rate in the past 5 years.

The above figure includes centrally managed capital of VND12.9 trillion, up 11.6%; locally managed capital of VND78.1 trillion, up 32.6%.

In the first 10 months of 2025, the total investment capital from the state budget is estimated at VND 640.2 trillion, equal to 63.1% of the annual plan and an increase of 27.8% over the same period last year (the same period in 2024 was equal to 64.1% and an increase of 2.8%).

Specifically, the investment capital managed by the Central Government is estimated at VND90.7 trillion, equal to 61.2% of the annual plan and up 6.1% over the same period last year. Of which, the Ministry of Construction reached VND55 trillion, up 0.8%; the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment reached VND13.8 trillion, up 66.2%; the Ministry of Health reached VND2.6 trillion, 2.9 times higher; the Ministry of Education and Training reached VND1.5 trillion, up 76.2%; the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism reached VND832.1 billion, up 56.6%; the Ministry of Science and Technology reached VND392.8 billion, down 11.5%; the Ministry of Industry and Trade reached VND194.2 billion, down 57.3%.

Realized investment capital managed by localities is estimated at VND549.5 trillion, equal to 63.5% of the annual plan and up 32.3% over the same period last year.

Of which, provincial-level state budget capital reached VND 449.1 trillion, equal to 62.4% and increased by 38% over the same period in 2024; commune-level state budget capital reached VND 100.4 trillion, equal to 68.5% and increased by 11.7%.
