According to the Hanoi Statistics Office, in the first 10 months of 2024, investment capital from the State budget managed by localities in Hanoi was VND 53.2 trillion, an increase of 35.1% over the same period in 2023 and reaching 64.2% of the 2024 plan.
Specifically, the investment capital implemented from the State budget managed by localities in October 2024 is estimated at VND 7,783 billion, an increase of 8.8% compared to the previous month and an increase of 35% compared to the same period in 2023.

Of which, the State budget capital at the City level reached 3,064 billion VND, up 12.2% and 43%; the State budget capital at the district level reached 4,371 billion VND, up 7% and 26.4%; the State budget capital at the commune level reached 348 billion VND, up 3.3% and 2 times.
Also according to the Hanoi Statistics Office, in the first 10 months of 2024, the total investment capital from the State budget managed by the locality was 53.2 trillion VND, an increase of 35.1% over the same period last year and reaching 64.2% of the 2024 plan.
Of which, the State budget capital at the City level is 20.5 trillion VND, up 30.9% and reaching 56.7%; the State budget capital at the district level is 30.3 trillion VND, up 35.6% and reaching 69.8%; the State budget capital at the commune level is 2.4 trillion VND, up 75.7% and reaching 71.1%.
