In 2023, the Party Committee - Command of Naval Region 4 and Party committees and commanders at all levels thoroughly grasped and correctly perceived the situation and tasks; led and directed the comprehensive, synchronous, focused and key implementation, successfully completing the tasks of Staff work. In particular, some aspects were excellently completed such as combat readiness; combat training; military diplomacy ; search and rescue; participation in competitions and sports events at all levels...
At the conference, delegates assessed the limitations and shortcomings in implementing the Advisory work during the year; identified key solutions to be implemented to improve the quality of Advisory work in 2024 and the following years.

In 2024, Naval Region 4 will focus on successfully implementing commands and directives on combat readiness and combat training; breakthroughs, training targets, building regularity, and discipline management; continuing to successfully complete military foreign affairs, search and rescue tasks... Thereby, contributing to building a comprehensively strong Naval Region 4 as a "typical model", successfully completing the task of protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
* On the same day, Naval Region 4 held the opening ceremony of the 2023 Sports Festival. Lieutenant Colonel Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of Naval Region 4 chaired the opening ceremony.

The sports festival aims to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army. The sports festival has more than 550 athletes participating, taking place with 9 competitions, including: Applied swimming; strong soldiers; overcoming obstacles for physical training; 10km cross-country running; tennis; badminton; table tennis; men's volleyball; mini soccer. The sports festival is expected to close on December 21.
