Axan Commune mobilized nearly 120 million VND to support families affected by fire

(QNO) - Axan Commune (Tay Giang) mobilized nearly 120 million VND to help Mr. Hoi Bang's family (Ki'nonh village) rebuild a new house after the fire.

On February 25, Mr. Hoi Bang's kitchen had an electrical short circuit, burning down the house, property, and belongings. Due to difficult circumstances, the family was unable to rebuild their house.

Understanding the situation, the People's Committee of Axan commune launched a call for donations from organizations, individuals, agencies and charitable units inside and outside the district; officials and civil servants donated 1 day's salary; at the same time, mobilized people and forces to support working days to dismantle items and build new houses.

Mr. Ta Ngon Thieu - Chairman of Axan Commune People's Committee informed that Mr. Hoih Bang's household is a poor household that received support from the State to remove temporary houses; however, unfortunately, a fire broke out and completely burned down the newly built house.

With the spirit of “mutual love”, by April 16, Axan commune had mobilized nearly 120 million VND and necessities to help the family overcome the consequences. Mr. Bang’s family is starting to rebuild a new house on the old land and is expected to complete it by the end of April.
