Storm No. 13, along with unusual high tides, has caused hundreds of houses in Tinh Khe commune to lose their roofs and collapse. Many electrical appliances were damaged. The people here are still in shock.

Tinh Khe Commune has a coastline of more than 10km with about 1,000 households living along the coast. The storm injured 2 people; hundreds of houses collapsed and had their roofs blown off; the entire coastal embankment eroded and was completely damaged; 12 shrimp and crab ponds were damaged by waves. Therefore, hundreds of police officers, Border Guards, youth union members, etc. helped people clean up, dismantle houses destroyed by the storm, re-roof houses with their roofs blown off; and trim fallen trees.

Currently, authorities and people are making efforts to overcome damage after the storm to soon stabilize life.
