Buon Tria Commune won first prize in the 2023 Lak District Excellent Mediator Competition

On August 1, Lak District People's Committee organized the 2023 Lak District Excellent Mediator Competition.

The competition was attended by more than 100 excellent mediators from 11 teams from communes and towns in the district. In the form of dramatization, the teams went through three rounds: Introduction round; Theory round and Short performance round.

Introduction of Buon Tria commune team.

The content of the contest focuses on learning about the mediation skills of mediators; laws on mediation at the grassroots level; legal regulations in a number of areas related to mediation work at the grassroots level, such as: civil, marriage and family, land, housing, gender equality, prevention and control of domestic violence, environmental protection... knowledge about society, ethics, good customs and practices, village conventions, cultural conventions; skills to reconcile conflicts, disputes, and violations of the law within the scope of mediation at the grassroots level...

The organizers awarded prizes to the winning teams at the competition.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the Buon Tria Commune team; Second Prize to Dak Lieng Commune; 2 Third Prizes to the teams of Dak Nue Commune and Bong Krang Commune; Encouragement Prizes to 7 other units. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 2 additional prizes including: 1 prize for the most impressive introduction team (Lien Son Town) and 1 prize for the team with the best skit (Dak Nue Commune).
