Education quality has been improved; social security has been given attention; people's lives have been increasingly improved; national defense and security have been maintained; the average rate of party members completing their tasks well or better has reached 89.2%...

In the 2025-2030 term, the Cho Long Commune Party Committee aims to strive for an average annual growth rate of product value of 6.8%; budget revenue by 2030 of 1.7 billion VND; the rate of population participating in health insurance of 100%; reducing the multidimensional poverty rate to 8.44%/year; forest coverage rate of 37.06%; 90% of grassroots party organizations annually completing their tasks well or better; the rate of new party members admitted annually reaching 3% or more compared to the total number of party members...

Speaking at the Congress, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Thi Phong Vu suggested that in the coming time, the Party Committee and the government of Cho Long commune need to urgently develop a specific action program; focus on implementing key tasks and breakthrough solutions set out by the Congress to promote socio-economic development.

In addition, focus on social security, sustainable poverty reduction, promote administrative reform and digital transformation. Promote solidarity throughout the political system, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee, pay attention to developing Party members, building strong and clean Party cells, and continue to train and foster professional skills.

Strengthen inspection, supervision, and building digital families and digital societies. Complete planning work, increase attraction of businesses and individuals with investment needs in the area, and create all favorable conditions for businesses to participate in investment.

In particular, the commune needs to focus on promoting its strengths in agriculture and rural areas, creating conditions for job creation for local workers; introducing and training jobs for people. Pay attention to developing detailed and specific plans, analyzing each target group, to gradually reduce poverty sustainably; take good care of policy families, meritorious people, and disadvantaged families.

In addition, strengthen education and propaganda work to raise awareness of responsibility and mobilize the entire political system for the cause of protecting national security and building a national defense associated with a solid people's security posture.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee of the commune, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary, the Inspection Committee, the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Cho Long Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Party Executive Committee of the commune consists of 21 comrades; comrade Dinh Thi Tham was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune.
