Hoang Su Phi Commune trains digital transformation for the village community digital technology team

On October 23 and 24, the People's Committee of Hoang Su Phi commune organized a training course to improve knowledge and skills on digital transformation for the village community digital technology team in 2025. Attending the training course were lecturers from the Digital Transformation Center - Department of Science and Technology of the province; leaders of departments, agencies, units of Hoang Su Phi commune and 221 trainees who are members of 39 village community digital technology teams and secretaries of village youth unions.

A large number of students participated in the training course to improve knowledge and skills on digital transformation for the village community digital technology team in 2025.

At the training course, lecturers from the Digital Transformation Center presented many practical topics such as: Overview of digital transformation - roles, benefits and tasks of the Community Digital Technology Team; instructions on using the National Public Service Portal and electronic identification accounts (VNeID); instructions on using basic and essential digital applications on smartphones; introduction and instructions on using artificial intelligence (AI) and the "Digital Education for All" movement; skills to protect personal data, secure accounts and mobile devices; prevent fake news and false news on cyberspace; identify and prevent online fraud; code of conduct on social networks; communication skills, instructing people on using digital platforms...

Through the training course, trainees are equipped with more practical knowledge and skills to serve the propaganda work, guide and support people at the grassroots level in the process of implementing digital transformation activities. In particular, the direct practice on digital platforms helps trainees better understand how to register, log in and use online public services, contributing to promoting the application of digital technology in life, work and production at the local level.
