The historical and cultural relic of Quan Ha is a place to worship the four patron saints of the village: A La Nuong De, Dai Vuong Than Choa Ca, Choa Hai, Choa Ba. Quan Ha is located in a beautiful, romantic, spacious location, near the Day River facing the Southwest. Built around the 17th century, Quan Ha has a Nhi-shaped structure including items such as: front hall and back hall.
The unique value of the Ha temple relic is also crystallized in cultural and religious activities, especially the traditional festival held on the 12th day of the second lunar month every year to commemorate the merits of the village's tutelary god. At the same time, this is also a place where villagers gather to exchange experiences in production, unite and strive to build their homeland to become more and more developed and civilized.
Through many ups and downs of history, the people of Phuong Quan village have always been conscious of preserving and protecting the relic. Up to now, Quan Ha still retains the ancient architecture of the past. In particular, this place also preserves a number of relics such as: Long throne, ancient porcelain incense bowl and many other valuable artifacts. With a rich system of documents, in addition to affirming the birth of the relic, it is also a valuable source of documents contributing to the research on social history, economy , culture, and decorative arts for management, creating conditions for the protection and promotion of cultural heritages in the area.
Quan Ha was ranked as a city-level historical-cultural relic in Decision No. 1168/QD-UBND of Hanoi People's Committee dated February 28, 2025, bringing great joy and excitement to the cadres and people of Phuong Quan village.
