According to a quick report from the People's Committee of Van Ninh commune, due to the impact of storm No. 13, from the afternoon of November 6, in Van Ninh commune, there were strong winds and moderate rains along with water from upstream, flooding more than 180 hectares of rice fields in the commune. Along with that, strong winds caused some houses to be slightly damaged, some trees were knocked down, the locality and people have organized to fix it.

Van Ninh Commune proceeded to handle fallen trees on the morning of November 7.

As of noon on November 7, many rice fields in Van Ninh commune were still flooded.
