Setting a record of 100 delicious dishes made from rice and vermicelli at the Vietnamese Rice Flour Festival

The Vietnamese Rice Noodle Festival will take place from November 20-23, 2025 at 23/9 Park, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. A record of 100 delicious dishes made from rice noodles and vermicelli will be set here.

According to the Organizing Committee of the 1st Vietnamese Rice Noodle Festival in 2025 with the theme "Delicious dishes from vermicelli", it will bring together many delicious dishes from the North, Central, Southeast, Mekong Delta and Ho Chi Minh City. The event is expected to attract 100,000 visitors to visit and enjoy delicious dishes made from rice noodles and vermicelli. Up to now, there are 96 booths registered to participate.

At the festival, there will be many interesting activities such as a check-in space with a flour mill and 3 bowls of noodles with a diameter of 80 cm, including pho, bun mam, and Hue beef noodle soup; a traditional craft space with performances of making banh tam and making vermicelli in the traditional way...; a culinary experience space with many booths with extremely attractive dishes such as Hanoi bun cha, bun cha ca, bun bo Hue, bun oc, bun rieu, bun mam, pho Bac, banh canh, banh tam...

In particular, the Chefs Association and the Center for Research, Conservation and Development of Vietnamese Cuisine will set a record of 100 delicious dishes made from rice noodles and vermicelli.

The Vietnamese Rice Festival also has a program to honor artisans. This is a content with the purpose of standardizing professional activities in the culinary field, honoring chefs who have devoted their whole life to the profession, love the profession, are passionate, collect, research, both preserving traditional cuisine and creating many delicious dishes that are extremely attractive and have a legacy that is not in opposition or separate from traditional dishes.
