Attending the congress were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Duong, Head of Mass Affairs Department ( Political Department of the Navy); Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thuy, Deputy Political Commissar of Brigade 131 of the Navy.

In the 2021-2025 period, the Brigade Women's Union continuously innovates the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, close to reality, contributing significantly to the successful completion of the unit's political tasks.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thuy, Deputy Political Commissar of Naval Brigade 131, spoke at the congress.

In particular, the work of building a team of cadres and members with strong political will, pure moral qualities, healthy lifestyles and strict discipline stands out.

100% of members are steadfast, strictly comply with the law and discipline. The movement to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period is regularly deployed, creating motivation for the Brigade's women to complete all tasks well.  

The Congress determined the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the new term, focusing on continuing to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Resolution of the 17th Brigade Party Congress, building the Brigade's women to be "Bravery, intelligence, discipline, and humanity", worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the digital age.  

Vote to elect the Executive Committee of the Brigade Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the congress, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thuy congratulated and praised the efforts, endeavors and outstanding achievements of the Brigade's Women's Union officers and members. He requested that in the coming term, the Women's Union Executive Committee do a good job of propaganda, education , mobilization and persuasion of members to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, promote the strengths of women in all fields; care for and protect the rights and interests of women.
