In 2024, Vinh Phuc (old) ranked first in the country in terms of average score for block D01 with 21,690.

Ranked 2nd is Binh Duong (old) with 21,542. Nam Dinh (old) ranked 3rd with 21,538. Ranked 4th is Ninh Binh (old) with 21,452. Bac Ninh (old) ranked 5th with an average score of 21,282.

For the first time in the ranking of average scores of 5 popular blocks, Hanoi entered the top 10 with 7th place, with an average score of 21,154.

The remaining localities in the top 10 include: Hai Phong, Ha Nam, Ba Ria - Vung Tau (old), Ha Tinh.

Ho Chi Minh City (old) ranked 11th with an average score of 20,581.
