Providing national reserve food and materials to support Hue city

The Ministry of Finance has just issued a decision on the issuance of national reserve goods in emergency situations to the People's Committee of Hue City.

Accordingly, the State Reserve Department issues (without collecting money) in emergency situations national reserve goods to the People's Committee of Hue City to serve the work of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters in the area.

Specifically, the supplies include 300 tons of rice; 01 set of DT3 speedboats; 20 sets of 24.5 m2 lightweight life-saving tents; 5,000 round life buoys; 5,000 life jackets; 300 lightweight life rafts; 02 sets of various generators (01 set of 30KVA and 01 set of 50KVA); 03 sets of drilling and cutting equipment; 05 sets of fire-fighting water pumps; 03 sets of rescue rope launching equipment.

The Ministry of Finance requests the State Reserve Department to be responsible for the data reported on the proposal to issue national reserve goods. The People's Committee of Hue City is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information, data and quantity proposed for issuance; receiving, allocating and distributing national reserve goods in Article 1 of this Decision in accordance with regulations, to the right subjects and for the right purposes; managing, using, preserving and implementing the reporting regime in accordance with regulations.

Immediately after that, the State Reserve Department assigned the State Reserve Sub-Departments of Regions IX and X to issue (without collecting money) in emergency situations national reserve goods to the People's Committee of Hue City to serve the work of overcoming the consequences of natural disasters according to the Decision of the Ministry of Finance. The implementation period is completed by October 31.
