On the morning of October 31, in Ngoc Linh commune, a landslide appeared on Ngoc Hoang - Mang But road, causing danger to people traveling.

Landslide at Km15+700 on Ngoc Hoang – Mang But road, Ngoc Linh commune. The negative slope area was severely eroded, dragging along a large amount of rock and soil and part of the people’s fields were swept away. This is the main route connecting Ngoc Linh and Mang Ri communes.

At the landslide area, a 3-phase electric pole collapsed, another pole broke in half. The electric wire lay across the road, posing a potential safety risk to people and vehicles passing by.

Currently, the local government is coordinating with functional units to inspect and assess the extent of the landslide. For now, ropes will be put up and warning signs will be put up. Power will be cut off in the landslide area to ensure people's safety./.
