According to the Food Safety Department, these products are being traded and advertised on Lazada and Shopee without legal declaration documents. Therefore, the Department has sent a dispatch requesting Lazada and Shopee to urgently review all functional food products being traded, and only allow them to continue operating with products that have been granted a certificate of product declaration registration by the management agency or have been announced on the updated food safety data information system.

At the same time, the above two units are required to immediately stop doing business and remove the violating products from the e-commerce platforms of the two companies and report the implementation results in writing to the Department before May 30, 2025.
