This is the 7th time the event has been held in Vietnam, and it is gradually becoming a trade promotion event, contributing to the development of the mechanical engineering, construction hardware, labor protection, and security equipment industries.
This year, the 8th season of VHHE will focus on creating and developing the industry market, enhancing competitiveness, diversifying the supply chain, and spreading the Do-it-yourself (DIY) trend among businesses and DIY enthusiasts both domestically and internationally.
Against the backdrop of a shrinking mechanical engineering market due to the impact of the pandemic, trade wars, and military conflicts, the Vietnam Hardware & Hand Tools Expo affirms its role as the only comprehensive specialized exhibition in Vietnam that connects businesses, bringing together 350 enterprises from 15 countries and territories to showcase more than 1,000 products and services. Prominent brands include Swisstec, Onishi, Hasegawa, CML, King Blue, Snap-on, Gateway, Deli Tools, Naniwa...
With a total of 400 booths. Spanning 6,000 square meters of exhibition space, the event focuses on introducing and promoting five main product categories: Tools, Machine Tools, Fastening Equipment, Hardware, and Supporting Industrial Products. These product categories have wide applications in many industries, from manufacturing, production, repair, assembly, and construction to DIY consumer goods.
In particular, the accompanying event – the Vietnam Supporting Industries Products Exhibition (VSIF), organized by the Center for Supporting Industries Development (under the Department of Industry and Trade of Ho Chi Minh City) – with its strengths in supporting industries products and products serving supporting industry production, will showcase more than 40 well-known enterprises in the industry such as Viet Screw, TLC Industrial Air Compressors, Thai Duong Rubber, Dien Quang, DAPHACO Electric Cable, Tan Thanh Mechanical, and Fuji Metal.
At this year's exhibition, the presence of four international pavilions from countries and territories with strong competitiveness in the international mechanical engineering arena, specifically India, Taiwan (China), Japan, and China, demonstrates the attractiveness of the Vietnamese market in attracting investment and cooperation in building a global supply chain for mechanical engineering products.
In addition, the Golden Brand Zone and the Key Products Zone of Ho Chi Minh City within the VSIF exhibition cluster will be a highlight showcasing "Made in Vietnam" mechanical and supporting industrial products, aiming to create a "competitive" environment, enhance brands, promote exports, and stimulate domestic consumption.
Within the framework of the VHHE & VSIF 2023 exhibition series, the "1:1 Business Matching Program in the Supporting Industries Sector," taking place throughout the 3 days of the exhibition, will be an opportunity for representatives of "supplier" businesses to listen to market trends and directly exchange information one-on-one with "demand" partners. Even more practical is the industrial park tour, which will promote linkages in manufacturing, processing, and fabrication activities between Vietnamese mechanical engineering businesses and foreign industrial enterprises and investors in Vietnam.
Furthermore, the exhibition is not only appealing to businesses but also attracts enthusiasts of tools and equipment through the "DIY Challenge - Win Amazing Prizes" experience at the DIY Workshop area. Visitors can participate in creating DIY wooden products using tools and machinery displayed or purchased at the exhibition, under the expert guidance of SAIGON69 – the organizing unit.
| This series of events will be held concurrently with the 21st Vietnam International Trade Fair in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam Expo HCMC 2023), organized by Vinexad. Featuring 1,200 businesses from 20 countries and territories, exhibiting in 1,600 booths, it will connect with approximately 25,000 visitors over three days, from December 7-9, at the SECC Exhibition Center, Ho Chi Minh City. |
