Attending the meeting were comrade Le Van Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

According to the report, the total state budget revenue in Hiep Duc district by June 30, 2024 was nearly 587 billion VND, reaching 102.4% of the estimate assigned by the province. Total local budget expenditure was nearly 342 billion VND, reaching 56.1% of the estimate assigned by the province. The value of agricultural - forestry - fishery production was estimated at 287 billion VND; industry - construction was estimated at 360 billion VND; small-scale industry reached 132.5 billion VND.

The mechanisms and policies to support agricultural and rural development have been well received by the people, with 36 households/9 communes registering to implement Resolution No. 29 of the District People's Council on developing garden economy and farm economy; 43 households/8 communes registering to implement Resolution No. 35 of the Provincial People's Council.

The whole district has 32 households registered to implement housing arrangement according to Resolution No. 23 of the Provincial People's Council on Regulations on mechanisms and policies to support the arrangement and stabilization of mountainous residents in Quang Nam, period 2021 - 2025.

Localities planted and replanted 275 hectares of forest, the area of large timber forests certified by FSC reached nearly 404 hectares. Hiep Duc district focused on leading and directing the site clearance for the National Highway 14E upgrade project and approved compensation and site clearance for 1,034 households.

In the last 6 months of the year, Hiep Duc continues to focus on a number of key tasks in the field of administrative reform, promoting disbursement of public investment capital, infrastructure investment, focusing on compensation and site clearance to create conditions for implementing key projects.
