Right from the first product - Pho and Chicken noodles launched in 1995, Acecook Vietnam has combined the essence of Japanese technology with Vietnamese taste, creating noodles simulating pho noodles and rich, familiar broth. Throughout its development journey, Acecook Vietnam has continuously maintained its leading position in the instant noodle market in Vietnam thanks to its constant innovation in production technology, product portfolio and sustainable development journey. According to the World Instant Noodles Association (WINA), in 2024, Vietnam will consume about 8.2 billion noodle packages. Of which, Acecook accounts for 40% of the market share and has more than 3.3 billion products sold in the domestic market, with many products favored by consumers such as Hao Hao noodles, De Nhat pho, Nhip Song noodles, Phu Huong vermicelli, Siukay noodles, Modern cup noodles, etc.

Not only popular in the domestic market, Acecook products are also exported to more than 40 countries, conquering demanding markets such as Japan, the US and Europe, making Vietnamese instant noodles a "culinary ambassador" on the world map.

Innovation to elevate happiness - an ongoing journey

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the first sale (July 7, 1995 - July 7, 2025), Acecook Vietnam Company officially announced its new development strategy - "Cook Happiness Through Innovation", marking a strategic shift on the journey of sustainable development and reaching the world.

In this strategy, Acecook Vietnam aims to become a “sustainable, world-class comprehensive food supplier” and demonstrates the company’s deep commitment to creating positive values, improving the quality of life and moving towards a happy future for consumers, society and employees. In particular, “providing comprehensive food” not only means expanding the product portfolio, but also building a comprehensive culinary ecosystem, based on 3 core advantages: More than 30 years of Japanese noodle production technology know-how, leading position in the instant noodle market with the Hao Hao brand and a wide distribution network of nearly 160,000 points of sale nationwide.

With that potential, Acecook Vietnam is confident that it has enough resources to transform strongly. Stemming from the desire to enrich Vietnamese meals, Acecook aims to build a comprehensive culinary ecosystem, fully meeting the increasingly diverse needs and consumer behaviors. In this expansion strategy, the business will gradually "encroach" on adjacent product lines such as convenient spices, ready-to-eat foods and snacks that can replace main meals. Acecook Vietnam is also investing heavily and comprehensively in the green transition process. Currently, 54% of the company's factories use biomass fuel; the goal is to increase this rate to 80% by 2030. In addition, the company is also actively improving its products to minimize environmental impact, with 90% of its cup, bowl, and tray noodle packaging now switching to environmentally friendly paper packaging.
