Experience the cultural quintessence of Vietnamese ethnic groups in the capital

From now until November 30, at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism (Dong Mo, Son Tay, Hanoi), a series of November activities will take place with the theme "Great Unity - Cultural Quintessence of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups". This is a major cultural highlight of the last two months of the year, gathering more than 100 people from 16 ethnic groups from North to South.

Throughout the month, visitors will be able to participate in exchange programs, folk dance performances, cuisine , traditional crafts, folk games and experience the cultural space typical of each ethnic group. The highlight is the reenactment of the Pro Ngooch Twinning Ceremony of the Co Tu people (Da Nang) - a ceremony expressing the spirit of solidarity and cohesion between villages.

In addition, the programs "Echoes of the Great Forest", "Song of Solidarity", "Solidarity Dance" and the Week "Great Unity of Ethnic Groups - Vietnamese Cultural Heritage" (November 18 - 23) will bring a vibrant cultural space, spreading the message of community connection and national pride. Many activities will be organized such as: Opening Program of the Week "Great Unity of Ethnic Groups - Vietnamese Cultural Heritage" in 2025 and the 2nd Muong Ethnic Cultural Festival at the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village; Scientific workshop on "Preserving and promoting traditional cultural values ​​of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development"; Program to promote and introduce Vietnamese culture to international friends at the "Common House"; Great Unity of All Ethnic Groups Festival at the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village; Cultural colors of festivals, performances, exchanges, and introductions of ethnic cultures; Regional cultural exchange program.

The series of activities promises to contribute to promoting cultural tourism, educating the young generation about love of nature, people and Vietnamese cultural identity.
