  Nguyen Huu Tien (1901 - 1941, originally from Ha Nam ), once held the position of member of the Southern Regional Committee, communist soldier.

  Musician Van Cao wrote the song Tien Quan Ca in the winter days of 1944. Before that, musician Van Cao met Vu Quy - a Viet Minh cadre.
