The amount of salt added directly in the formula of this product is reduced by 20% compared to the regular version of Aji-ngon® Pork Seasoning Powder thanks to the use of potassium chloride to replace part of the salt in the ingredients. Although the amount of salt added directly is reduced, the product still retains its harmonious, rich taste thanks to the addition of stewed meat bone extract in the product formula.
The product's stewed meat bone extract is produced directly at Ajinomoto Vietnam's factory.
