The 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival (Green Food Festival) takes place for 5 days, from October 31 to November 4 at Binh Phu Park (HCMC) and officially opened on the evening of November 1. The event is organized by the HCMC Culinary Association (FBA) in coordination with the People's Committee of Binh Phu Ward, with the support of many businesses.

The opening night with the theme "Delicious from the taste - Healthy from the heart" left an impression on thousands of audiences, international tourists, the overseas Vietnamese community and those who love vegetarian culinary culture nationwide.
Inheriting and continuing the success of the 2023 Vegetarian Food Festival, the 2nd Vegetarian Food Festival in 2025 will be held on a large scale on an area of nearly 7 hectares, expected to attract nearly 200,000 visitors during the festival days.
According to Mr. Nguyen Tan Viet, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Culinary Association - Head of the Organizing Committee, this year's festival continues to be one of the highlight events of the city's culinary industry, gathering hundreds of booths from restaurants, businesses, chefs, culinary artists and famous vegetarian brands.
"Vegetarian cuisine is not just a dish, but a symbol of green and humane living culture. Through this year's festival, we hope to join the business community, chefs, artists and people in spreading the spirit of "clean eating - green living" so that each meal is an action for health, for the environment and for a sustainable future of Vietnam," Mr. Viet added.

Today, November 2, what special activities are there at the vegetarian food festival?
The organizers announced that this morning, the 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival will have an international conference with the theme: “Vegetarian food trends and sustainable development”. The event will have the participation of more than 15 international speakers from the US, India, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil… and representatives of leaders of organizations, experts, researchers, and chefs.
In the afternoon, the green drink mixing competition "Healthy Drink Vietnam 2025" took place to honor original, plant-based drinks to preserve and maintain the cultural values of Vietnamese folk cuisine.
Many attractive vegetarian dishes await locals and tourists at the festival.

This afternoon, there will also be an activity called "Promoting delicious vegetarian cuisine" from famous Vietnamese and international experts and chefs to increase interaction, connection and bring the delicate flavors of vegetarian cuisine closer to diners.
Notably, tomorrow morning, November 3, there will also be an event called “Setting a record of 200 vegetarian dishes from lotus” made by leading artisans and chefs. Throughout the 2025 vegetarian food festival, there will also be many outstanding activities such as a vegetarian food booth from three regions introducing green, clean, organic products from reputable businesses and a vegetarian buffet with more than 100 special dishes, a writing and photo contest with the theme of vegetarian food...
