More than 200,000 visitors experience the 2025 vegetarian food festival in Ho Chi Minh City

During the 5 exciting days at Binh Phu Park (HCMC), the 2025 Vegetarian Food Festival attracted more than 200,000 visitors.

With the slogan "Delicious in taste - Healthy in heart" and the message "Eat clean - Live green", the 2025 vegetarian food festival is organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Culinary Association (FBA) in coordination with the People's Committee of Binh Phu Ward and accompanying units. The organizers said this is the largest cultural - tourism - culinary event of the year in Ho Chi Minh City in the field of vegetarian cuisine.

After 5 exciting days, from October 31 to November 4, with more than 150 food and vegetarian food stalls from over 120 businesses, it attracted an estimated 200,000 visitors and 10,000 vegetarian buffet vouchers were sold out.

The festival aims to honor Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine, encourage a green lifestyle, connect the community and promote the image of Ho Chi Minh City as a green and sustainable culinary and tourism destination, aiming at the goal of "The new capital of vegetarian cuisine in the world ".

In his closing speech, Mr. Nguyen Tan Viet, Chairman of FBA, emphasized: "The success of this year's festival affirms that Vietnamese vegetarian cuisine is not only attractive in its flavor but also opens up a new economic sector, the vegan economy, which is growing strongly.

This is the driving force for the Vietnamese F&B industry to transform into a green and sustainable one, while creating a promising trading destination for domestic and foreign businesses, and a friendly meeting place for diners and tourists who love vegetarian cuisine."
