Due to the impact of storm No. 3, from the evening of July 21 to this morning, heavy rain continued, causing hundreds of hectares of vegetables in Quynh Anh commune (the coastal area of the old Quynh Luu district) to be flooded. Many vegetable areas that were about to be harvested were crushed and at risk of serious damage.
