From Quang Tri to Da Nang City and the eastern provinces from Quang Ngai to Gia Lai, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing heavy rain. The north will be cold, and the south will be cool.
Southern Vietnam will have sunny days, while other areas will be cloudy with scattered rain. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.
In the Gulf of Tonkin, the northeast wind is force 5, occasionally reaching force 6 at night, with gusts up to force 7. The sea is rough. Wave height is 1.5 - 2.5m.
In the northern South China Sea (including the Paracel Islands), northeasterly winds will be force 6, reaching force 7 in the east, with gusts of force 8-9. The sea will be rough, with waves 4-6 meters high.
In the sea area from Da Nang to Dak Lak, the wind is northeasterly at level 6, gusting to level 7-8. Sea waves are 3-5 meters high.
