The 2025 National Wrestling Championship has just ended at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Special National Relic Site, organized by the Vietnam Sports Department, the Vietnam Wrestling Federation in coordination with the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh province.

The tournament attracted the participation of 120 wrestlers from 11 provinces, cities and sectors across the country, competing in 18 weight classes (from 48 kg to over 100 kg) with a total of 196 matches.

Athlete Nguyen Van Tuyen ( Bac Giang , podium number 1) received gold medal in 57kg weight class;

This year's tournament has high professional quality and is held annually, contributing to promoting the movement of practicing traditional wrestling among the people and promoting the movement "All people practice physical training following the example of great Uncle Ho"; at the same time, contributing to preserving and promoting the unique traditional cultural values ​​of the nation; encouraging martial spirit, indomitable will; arousing pride and love for the homeland, country and Vietnamese people.

Representative of Bac Giang delegation (podium number 3) received the third flag of the whole delegation .

The Bac Giang delegation had 13 athletes participating in the tournament. After many days of determined competition, the athletes won 02 Gold Medals, 01 Silver Medal, 04 Bronze Medals; including 01 Gold Medal for athlete Nguyen Van Tuyen in the 57kg weight class, 01 Gold Medal for athlete Giap Xuan Bac in the 72kg weight class. With the achievements, the Bac Giang delegation ranked 3rd overall./.
