The workshop is a practical activity to review the life and noble revolutionary career, to pay tribute to and honor the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.

The workshop contributes to further clarifying and affirming the stature, value and everlasting vitality of Ho Chi Minh's legacy for Vietnam and the world , suggesting theoretical and practical issues to continue applying and creatively developing his thoughts in the new era of the nation, especially regarding the will and aspiration for national independence, freedom and happiness for the people.

The workshop was held in an atmosphere of joy and solemnity among the entire Party, army and people celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; the entire political system is promoting the "revolution" of streamlining the organizational apparatus; striving to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress and the political tasks of 2025; moving towards the successful organization of the 14th National Party Congress.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics delivered a keynote speech at the workshop.

In his opening speech and introduction to the workshop, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council emphasized: Celebrating the 135th birthday of the great President Ho Chi Minh, together with the whole country remembering and expressing gratitude for his great contributions, today's workshop is a meaningful event, an opportunity to continue to honor and deeply imbue Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style - a priceless heritage of the Vietnamese people and revolution in the cause of national construction, development and defense of the Fatherland.

With that spirit, comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang suggested that delegates and scientists focus on discussing and deepening a number of contents: Continuing to apply and creatively develop Ho Chi Minh's thought; joining hands, unanimously, taking advantage of every opportunity and advantage, overcoming all difficulties and challenges, determined to successfully achieve the goal that by 2030, Vietnam will become a developing country with modern industry and high average income; by 2045, it will become a high-income developed country with socialist orientation; realizing the aspiration to build a peaceful, unified, democratic and prosperous Vietnam, more dignified, more beautiful, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world powers as Uncle Ho's sacred wish during his lifetime.

At the same time, deeply imbue and creatively develop Ho Chi Minh's thought that the people are the root, the people are the center, the subject of the revolutionary cause; apply and creatively develop Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style to build our Party to be truly clean, strong, truly moral and civilized, continue to strongly innovate leadership methods, improve the Party's governing capacity; educate and train a contingent of cadres and Party members who are both red and professional, "diligent, frugal, honest, upright, impartial and selfless"; enhance revolutionary morality, wipe out individualism, continue to write the golden pages of the 100-year history of the Party leading the Vietnamese revolution, so that our Party will always be worthy of being the leader, the truly loyal servant of the People as he instructed.

The workshop received 90 reports from leaders of the Party, State, central and local departments, ministries, branches, practitioners, and scientists.

Comrade Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security delivered the closing speech at the workshop.

“The presentations have explained, analyzed, evaluated, and deepened the life and glorious revolutionary career and honored the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh in realizing the aspiration for national independence, freedom, and happiness for the people; affirmed the stature, value, and everlasting vitality of Ho Chi Minh's legacy for Vietnam and the world; and suggested many issues to continue to apply and creatively develop his thoughts in the new era of the nation,” Comrade Luong Tam Quang emphasized.

Comrade Luong Tam Quang suggested that agencies and units actively exploit and use the results of the conference in the process of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. News agencies, newspapers, radio and television continue to propagate and widely report on today's conference, spread, nurture, foster and strongly promote Ho Chi Minh's will and aspirations among all classes of people and armed forces, concretizing them with specific actions and deeds in building an increasingly prosperous and happy country.
