BHG - Implementing the Provincial Party Committee's policy on archiving and managing documents, serving the organization and arrangement of the apparatus in the political system and administrative units at all levels, Bac Quang District Party Committee has proactively and synchronously deployed the work of editing and digitizing records with many flexible solutions, suitable to local practices.

Identifying this as an important political task, contributing to ensuring the systematic, scientific and inherited nature of Party document management, the District Party Committee established a Team to support the collection, storage and management of district-level documents. At the same time, 20 clerical staff and library equipment were mobilized from schools to supplement human resources and techniques for the work of editing and building document databases at Party agencies, the Fatherland Front, district-level socio-political organizations and Party Committees of 23 communes and towns.
Up to now, Bac Quang District Party Committee has completed the editing and handover of 45 meters of documents (period 1976 to April 2025) to the Provincial Party Committee for storage, of which 87% of the documents have been edited and filed. Particularly, documents of the Party Building Committees under the District Party Committee have completed editing 3.5/9.5 meters. At the commune and town levels, the total volume of statistical documents is up to 230 meters, of which 155 meters have been classified, filed, and indexed, reaching 67%. Editing and filing is a prerequisite to ensure that documents are processed according to professional procedures before being digitized, assigned identification codes and integrated into the electronic storage system according to regulations.
All documents of agencies after the end of operation are strictly managed by Bac Quang district, not allowing loss, damage or illegal destruction. The digitization is carried out in accordance with the Party's regulations and State laws on documents, archives and protection of State secrets. The digitized documents ensure consistency, synchronization, integrity and science, effectively serving the exploitation, sharing and long-term reuse.
