Handing over house to family of Agent Orange victim

On June 4, the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in An Giang province and the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in Tri Ton district coordinated with the authorities of Luong An Tra commune to organize the handover of a house of love to the household of Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hanh (born in 1988, residing in Ca Na hamlet), who was infected with Agent Orange, has a leg disability, lives with her husband and 5 children, and whose main source of income is raising frogs in nets.

The newly built house has an area of ​​70m2 , corrugated iron roof, tiled floor, including 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and bathroom. The total construction cost is 240 million VND, of which, An Giang Stone Exploitation and Processing Company Limited supported 40 million VND, the rest was contributed by family and relatives.

On this occasion, the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin in An Giang Province and the sponsor also presented congratulatory gifts. Through this, they hope that Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hanh’s family will use and renovate the house so that it can be used for a long time; constantly strive, work hard, and raise their children to study properly.
